Life में Successful होना हो, अपने पैरों पर खड़ा होना हो या सिर्फ़ survive करना हो । There are mainly two ways: या तो आपको job करनी पड़ेगी या आप कोई business कर सकते हैं। और आजकल तो India में startup culture चल रहा हैं। ज्यादातर freshers अपने ideas and creativity के basis पर business setup कर रहे हैं। लेकिन एक business start करना और उसे successfully run करना बेहद मुश्किल हैं।

American management Consulting Company "Gallup" की report के मुताबिक हर साल 4 लाख new companies start तो होती हैं लेकिन 4 लाख 70,000 companies बंद भी हो जाती हैं। इस competitive world में business करना जितना मुश्किल हैं उतना ही मुश्किल job करना भी हैं India skills report 2019 के मुताबिक़ india में 53% से भी ज्यादा graduates unemployable है। और उससे भी बड़ी दुःख की बात तो ये है कि इन graduates को unemployed नहीं बल्कि unemployable कहा गया है | unemployed का मतलब बेरोज़गार होता है। अगर इन graduates के लिए unemployed word use हुआ होता तो हम समझते कि शायद market में jobs की कमी होगी या हो सकता हैं वे higher studies कर रहे होंगे या अपना family business कर रहे होंगे। लेकिन इनके लिए unemployable word use किया गया है जिसका ये मतलब निकलता हैं कि वे job करने के लायक ही नहीं है। And shockingly सबसे ज्यादा unemployed, engineers and MBAs है। जबकि ये 2 course India में top courses में गिने जाते हैं। जब engineers and MBAs की ये हालत है तो B.A. और B.Com वालों की क्या हालत होगी?

But the big question is that for reason है कि more than 50% graduates are 'Unemployable' in India? जबकि वो अच्छी schools and colleges से पढ़ के आए हुए हैं और उनके marks और grades भी अच्छे हैं। तो क्या ऐसा हो गया है कि अब Job के लिए degree and certificate काफ़ी नहीं है? तो फ़िर वो क्या चीज़ है जिससे एक person अपने career में successful हो सकता हैं ? Currently employers and corporates, candidate degrees and marks नहीं देखते हैं बल्कि ये check करते हैं कि उसमें कौन कौन सी skills हैं और उसका attitude कैसा हैं ?I believe fabaf af person an overall success 4 प्रकार की skills पर depend करती हैं। 1st literacy skill, 2nd soft skills, 3rd employability skills and 4th life skills, जिस person में Literacy skill होती हैं उसको पढ़ना और लिखना आता हैं इसीलिए पढ़े लिखे इंसान को literate कहा जाता हैं। अगर कोई person literate नहीं है तो वो सिर्फ मेहनत मजदूरी वाला काम ही कर सकता हैं कोई official job नहीं कर सकता।

 इसलिए successful होने के लिए first requirement है Literacy skill. लेकिन किसी भी job में successful होने के लिए कुछ और भी skills की requirement होती हैं जैसे कि communication skill, presentation skill, interview skill and people management. अगर आपको communicate करना नहीं आता या public speaking करना नहीं आता या आपको खुद को interview में present करना नहीं आता या आपको आपके seniors, juniors और customers को manage करना नहीं आता तो आप ही बताइए क्या आप किसी भी job में कैसे successful हो सकते हो? और इन skills को Soft skills कहा जाता हैं। लेकिन सिर्फ literacy और Soft skills भी काफ़ी नहीं है जब तक कि आपको जो भी job करनी हैं उसका technical knowledge नहीं है। जैसे कि आपको successful teacher बनना हैं तो आपकी teaching skill better होनी चाहिए। एक successful salesman बनने के लिए आप में selling skill होनी चाहिए। Internet और Social media पर hit होने के लिए आपको digital marketing का knowledge होना चाहिए और आपका content best होना चाहिए। और इस types की skills को employability skills कहते है। लेकिन literacy skill, soft skills and employability skills of successful नहीं बना सकती जब तक कि आपके अंदर life skills की कमी हैं Bcz life skills are the most important skills for us. अगर आपकी life का goal clear है और आपको पता है कि उस goal को कैसे achieve करना हैं, अगर आपके अंदर emotional intelligence है और आप अपनी और दूसरों की emotions को manage कर सकते हो, आप कोई की problem solve कर सकते हो, आपको right decision लेना आता हैं, आप को conflict यानि कि विवाद को सुलझाना आता हैं और आपके अंदर leadership qualities है तो आपके अंदर life skills है क्योंकि इन सभी skills को ही life skills कहा जाता हैं। और दुनिया का कोई भी school और college हमें ये skills नहीं सिखाता है। School में सिर्फ़ आपको पढ़ना और लिखना सिखाया जाता हैं।
